1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777xp5 ("777xp5", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 777xp5 website, platform, mobile interface and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on 777xp5, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in conjunction with any product-specific rules, bonus terms, and the 777xp5 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 777xp5 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777xp5 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity. 18+
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location before using 777xp5.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online casino or sports betting services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 777xp5 or any affiliated entity, or a close family member of any such person, where such participation would present a conflict of interest.

777xp5 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any account found to have been registered by or for a minor will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the 777xp5 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all 777xp5 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active account on 777xp5. Multiple accounts held by a single individual will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and phone number. 777xp5 will not be liable for consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
• KYC Verification: You will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals are processed. This requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or 2FA codes with any other person. 777xp5 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered contact details up to date. 777xp5 may send important account notifications to your registered email or phone number.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

777xp5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: USDT TRC20, JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 or the equivalent in USDT. Minimum and maximum limits are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be made using the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible.
• Processing Times: USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Local bank and wallet withdrawals are subject to processing windows that may vary based on the financial institution and time of day.
• Currency: All PKR-denominated transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. USDT transactions are settled at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
• Anti-Money Laundering: 777xp5 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities. You confirm that all funds deposited to 777xp5 are from legitimate sources.
• Fees: 777xp5 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777xp5 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions or other incentives to players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 777xp5 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus winnings may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in individual promotion terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions conducted on the 777xp5 Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 777xp5 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction or communication failure affecting a game round or bet, 777xp5 reserves the right to void the relevant bet(s). In such cases, staked funds will be returned to the player's account.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures. 777xp5 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• 777xp5 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet suspected of being placed in breach of these Terms or in connection with prohibited conduct.
• Specific rules for individual game categories (sports betting, live casino, slots) are available within each product section of the 777xp5 Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xp5 Platform. Breach of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 777xp5, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Participating in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage over 777xp5 or other players.
• Using automated software, bots or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any money laundering or financial crime activity through the 777xp5 Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777xp5 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "777xp5", logos, interface design, graphics, text, software and game content — is the exclusive property of 777xp5 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use of 777xp5 content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xp5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from game outcomes, service interruptions, technical malfunctions or third-party payment processing delays.

777xp5 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.

10. Responsible Gaming

777xp5 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players are encouraged to:

• Set personal deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits using the tools available in their 777xp5 account settings.
• Use the self-exclusion feature if they feel they need a break from gambling.
• Seek professional help if gambling is causing financial, emotional or social harm.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

777xp5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in your account may be forfeited. In all other cases of account closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wager requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of a final identity verification check.

12. Amendments to Terms

777xp5 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an update on the 777xp5 website or by notifying you via your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 777xp5 is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact the 777xp5 support team in the first instance to attempt an informal resolution. 777xp5 aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of the initial written complaint.
